This website presents Project Spires, the proposed sale of a portfolio of five hotels in Prague. It is published on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield, s.r.o. (“C&W”) and CBRE Hotels Limited (“CBRE”), acting as agents to the Seller.

Personal data

• No cookies, analytics or tracking. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• NDA request form. The form does not send or store anything on this website. When you press “Send NDA request”, your own email program opens a pre-filled message to the lead advisors at C&W and CBRE. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. C&W and CBRE then handle your details under their own privacy notices, available at cushmanwakefield.com and cbre.com.
• Hosting. The website is hosted by Netlify. As with any website, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
• Map. The location map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org), which receives your IP address when the map is shown. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
• Other files. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website itself. Google Maps links open Google Maps only when you click them.

Confidentiality

Further information on the Properties is made available only to qualified interested parties after a signed NDA, through a virtual data room operated by the advisors.
